These guidelines exist so the library stays a quiet, trustworthy place. They sit alongside the Terms — breaking them can cost you your account.

Please do

• Describe puzzles honestly — condition, missing pieces, smells, pets.
• Pack carefully and return on time.
• Keep conversations friendly and on-topic.
• Report problems to the other side first, then to us if needed.

Please don't

• List anything other than legal physical jigsaw puzzles and permitted accessories.
• Move a deal off the platform to avoid fees, evidence, or safety tools.
• Share another user's home address, phone, or email beyond what the transaction needs.
• Leave retaliatory, extortionate, or sham reviews.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
