What is Piece & Quiet?

A lending library for physical jigsaw puzzles. Members list the boxes they own, other members borrow them, and the same puzzles get solved again and again instead of gathering dust.

What does it cost?

Piece & Quiet runs on a membership — there is no free tier. Your membership gives you the listing slot and the borrowing credits you spend on requests. Current prices in DKK are on the membership page.

How do I borrow a puzzle?

Find a puzzle on the shelves and send the owner a request. When they accept, the loan becomes active and the puzzle travels to you by the handover or shipping method you agreed on.

What happens to my credit if a request is declined?

It is released immediately. No credit is ever spent unless a loan actually becomes active.

Who pays for shipping?

That is between the two of you. Most members split it or hand the puzzle over in person.

What if pieces are missing?

Tell the owner as soon as you notice, and note it when you return the puzzle. The missing pieces guide explains how we handle it between members.

Can I list my own puzzle?

Yes — that is what keeps the shelves full. Add a puzzle with honest photos and a note about its condition, and other members can borrow it.
