Approval or refund

If the owner approves, the credit is spent. If they decline or you cancel, it's refunded.

Credits are non-refundable, never expire, and cannot be cashed out.

    Inspect

    You have 48 hours after delivery to report any damage or missing pieces.

    Return

    Ship it back by the due date. Ready for the next reader.

You can lend your own puzzles to the community, request borrows from any shelf, hide the ad banner for a distraction-free reading room, and sport a ✦ Patron badge on your profile. You also get 3 borrow credits every month.

02How much does it cost?

35 DKK per month or 385 DKK per year — with 5 extra credits for the yearly plan. Both options include a 7-day free trial.

03What's a credit and how many do I get?

1 credit = 1 borrow request. Patrons receive 3 credits each month at renewal. You can also buy credit packs to top up anytime.

04How does borrowing work end to end?

You request a puzzle, the owner approves, they ship it, you inspect on arrival (48-hour window), enjoy it, then return it by the due date. Simple as that.

05Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage your subscription from the billing portal — no lock-in, no questions asked. Access runs until the end of the billing period.

06What if a puzzle arrives damaged or with missing pieces?

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via the borrow details page. We'll guide you and the owner through resolution.
