Your data

We only store the necessary data to facilitate the lending, swapping and borrowing operation between members. This may include

• Account information (like email, display name, avatar, user-editable content, etc)
• Data about the puzzles: reviews you write, borrow records you take part in.

We do not store payment card details.

The data is safely stored through Cloud services and encrypted.

Sub-processors

• Lovable — Hosting, backend orchestration (EU/US).
• Supabase (sub-processor of Lovable) — Postgres, Auth, Storage (AWS, region per project).
• AWS — Underlying infrastructure (same as above).
• Stripe — Subscription billing (IE / US).
• Lovable Emails / Resend — Auth + transactional email delivery (EU/US).

Your rights (GDPR)

• Access & export: from your profile page, click "Export my data" to download a JSON copy.
• Erasure: from your profile page, click "Delete account" — this cascades all puzzles, borrows, and reviews. Some financial records may be retained as required by law.
• Rectification: edit your profile at any time.
• Complaints: contact us first; you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
