We take reports of illegal, infringing, or harmful content seriously and aim to act on them promptly.

How to report

Use the report button on a listing, review, message, or profile where available. Or email us directly with:

• A link to the content or account in question.
• Why you believe it is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• Your contact email so we can update you.
• A short statement that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

How we process reports

We acknowledge reports and review them in good faith. We may remove content, restrict accounts, or refer matters to authorities. Where the law requires it, we will give a statement of reasons to the user whose content was actioned.

Appeals

If your content was actioned and you disagree, reply to the notification you received with the reasons. We will review and respond.
